Original artwork are drawn with graphite pencils or water colour pencils. The results reveal nut and bolt details, each louvre, each wire in the wheels faithfully illustrated. The headlights of each car are drawn to the specific detail within each unit rather than a stylised representation of. No generalization.

The intention is to depict the car with:

The key to a successful picture is reference i.e. good photographs. These are taken by the artist or by the owner.
1. For the best results:
2. Select three quarters angle of car - side and front
3. Turn front wheel into car - to show wires/alloys rather than tread of tyre.
4. Photograph on day with a clear blue sky - with no clouds reflected in the body work.
5. Pictures should be accompanied with negatives so 8x12 enlargements can be developed.
